On your first appointment you will be asked to complete a Medical History form and a short smile questionnaire. We will then listen to any concerns which you may have and fully explain any dental procedures, in a simple and easy to understand non-technical language. A thorough oral examination will be conducted and necessary x-rays taken, to give you a full diagnosis.
